- 2000 initial investment in ASE (Solutech) Ltd developing applications of a technology for the non-invasive analysis of soil, using EMI (Electro Mechanical Induction). TurfTrax Ground Management Systems formed.
- 2002-2004 development and testing of the TurfTrax Tracking system
- 2004 TurfTrax Racing Data Ltd provides real time in-running data to Channel 4
- 2006 Initial tests of the in-running exchange betting product were carried out followed by development of a fixed odds in running Pricer
- 2007 TRD acquires exclusive rights to gather and exploit tracking data from racecourses from the Racing UK Group and Arena Leisure Racing Ltd (3 and 5 years respectively)
- March 2007 GoingStick use becomes mandatory on all UK flat racecourses
- April 2007 Japan Racing Association takes delivery of a tracking system for the Shiroi Training School, Tokyo
- September/October 2007 fixed odds in-running pricer undergoes user acceptance trials
