Course Services

The Course Services part of the business was formed after adapting the mapping procedure used by TGMS to produce 'Going Maps' for many of the UK's racecourses. The production and distribution of these going maps continues to be a standard procedure for all major race meetings today.

Following the success of the Going Mapping technique TurfTrax were approached by the UK Jockey Club in November 2000 to create a device for the systematic and objective assessment of Going conditions leading to the design and introduction of the TurfTrax GoingStick.

Many of the racecourses use TurfTrax Weather Systems to monitor on site weather conditions round the clock, other clients include Arsenal FC.
