Board of Directors

Adam Mills, Chairman

Adam chairs the Board of Directors and is responsible for overall strategic guidance and general management. Adam has held several chairmanship and non-executive director roles in public companies. In 1998 with others, he obtained control of Fife Group Plc, a small Scottish listed company which was subsequently reversed into Northern Leisure plc in July 1999. Northern Leisure then acquired the Rank Nightclub estate for £150 million and was acquired by Luminar Plc in late 2000. Prior to this, in 1996 Adam was asked to take the position of Chief Executive to London & Continental Railways. In this role he reorganised Eurostar (UK) Ltd and fronted discussions with the Government on a re-financing package for the construction of the high speed link between the Channel Tunnel portal and London. As Finance Director and then Deputy Chief Executive Officer, he assisted in developing National Express Group plc into a major transport group comprising airports, express coach services, bus companies and five train operating companies. Adam was a partner in Spicer and Pegler (now part of Deloitte) between 1975 and 1987.

Mark Kent, Group Managing Director

Mark was appointed Group Managing Director in April 2007. Prior to this he had responsibility for all operations, commercial development and international sales of the tracking system. He joined TurfTrax in February 2005 having spent five years with Arena Leisure Plc as Operations Director and Chief Operating Officer of Arena Online Services Limited, a wholly owned technical subsidiary, and latterly as Commercial Director of the company's Racing Division. Prior to joining Arena Mark spent 16 years as an Officer in the Royal Navy, during which time he saw service around the world as a navigator before specialising in Communications and Electronic Warfare.

Nicholette Green, Group Finance Director

Nicky was appointed Group Finance Director in April 2007. She qualified in 2000 as a Chartered Accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and joined TurfTrax in June 2001. She has worked closely on all aspects of the development of TurfTrax over the last 6 years and joined the board of TGMS in August 2005 and TRD in October 2006.

Martin Frost, Non Executive Director

Martin Frost is Group Chief Executive of Sagentia Group AG, a leading international technology development and venturing organisation headquartered in Cambridge UK. In addition to running the Group's principal operating subsidiaries, Sagentia and Chord Capital, and chairing the Group's joint venture in Hong Kong, SGAI Tech, he has sat on the board of most of the Group's spinout ventures including Sphere Medical, CMR Fuel Cells (now AIM listed) and Absolute Sensors (sold to NASDAQ listed Synaptics). Martin was appointed Group Managing Director in 2003.

Martin was recruited as Chief Financial Officer of Sagentia Group (previously known as The Generics Group and its principal operating subsidiary, Scientific Generics) in 1997 and managed the Group's IPO on the London Stock Exchange in 2000. He joined Generics from GEC-Marconi plc where he served as Financial Controller of its Electro-Optics and Airadio Divisions for two years. Prior to joining GEC-Marconi, Martin spent a number of years in the United States, France and Belgium undertaking merger and acquisition assignments for Simon Group plc. Martin qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant whilst with Simon and graduated from Cambridge University.

Tom Binks, Non Executive Director

Tom Binks is a Director of IPGL, a privately held Investment Company.

Tom is a banker of many years experience, having been responsible for the derivatives activities of Manufacturers Hanover Limited, where in 1982 he transacted some of the earliest interest rate swaps, Standard Chartered and Bank of America from where he retired in 1999.

In 2000 Tom became Head of International of a start-up electronic broker for derivative products called ICor which was subsequently sold to Reuters where Tom remained in a senior relationship role until 2005 when he joined IPGL.

David Macfarlane, Non-executive Director

David Macfarlane was appointed to the Board on 7th November 2007 as Senior Independent Director. Until 2002 he was a Senior Corporate Partner at Ashurst. He is a non-executive director of JZ Equity Partners Plc. Also he was until January 2007 a non-executive director of Platinum Investment Trust Plc and is presently a director of three private companies
